In order to maintain our high standard of service, we require that payment is made at the time services are rendered.  We can provide estimates for all surgeries and hospitalizations. If you would like an estimate, you are welcome to request one at any time for your expected charges.

VetBilling: VetBilling allows veterinarians to offer in-house payment plans, prepayment, and wellness plan billing to pet owners at no cost to their practice. www.vetbilling.com

Things to know:

1. Clients must pay $10 soft credit check fee to see if they qualify for a payment plan. This soft credit check will determine the required down payment and length of financing offered, no exceptions
2. When a payment plan is created, Vetbilling charges a $25 initial set up fee
3. In order to set up a payment plan, we must have both a credit card and debit card/checking account to use for this option
