Dr. Evans is originally from California but has also lived in New York, Arizona and Tennessee. She joined Roanoke Animal Hospital in 2023. Dr. Evans graduated from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2008 and practiced in Arizona for 11 years, and Tennessee for 4 years prior to moving to Virginia. Dr. Evans spent 3 years working for a Veterinary Dental Specialist and is very passionate about veterinary dental care.

In her free time, Dr. Evans enjoys hiking, knitting and crocheting, beekeeping and reading. She currently has a basset hound, two cats, and a leopard gecko and is hoping to start a small hobby farm here in her new home in beautiful southwest Virginia.
